Here is a list of all of my favorite places to eat in NYC. This list was created over the last several years either as places that were recommended to me or just discovered along the way!

La Esquina - Mexican

This is a crazy place to visit! It looks like a cheap Mexican diner, but actually has a beautiful, romantic styled restaurant hidden downstairs! If you go here, you MUST have their grilled corn on the cob fully dressed with cheese and paprika! You also must try their plantains covered in their salsa verde! You must make reservations in advance (although, the last time I went, we walked up to the lady at the door and tried to get in - and did!!!!! But I do know of other people that have waited almost a month to get in here)

Reservations for the brasserie are taken 21 days or 3 weeks to the day.
